Description: mural depicts National Geographic/U.S. Army Air Corps Stratosphere Flight in the manned balloon Explorer II. The mural was restored in 1979 along with the March of Transportation mural by Thomas Parker Emery, local art teacher, muralist, and sculptor, with his team of artists.
