The Midway or Zocalo amusement zone included a midget city and a farm, Ripley’s Believe It-Or-Not, Sensations, and Crime Never Pays. For the second year an orderly one-half mile Amusement Zone replaced the honky-tonk Midway of 1935. [adapted from an article by Richard Amero]
