Former President Hoover

Description: Former President Herbert Hoover visited San Diego's Exposition twice in 1935. At his June 1935 visit, he and his wife visited several pavilions before he addressed the business community at the U.S. Grant Hotel. In September he returned for a Constitution Day address at the Spreckels Organ Pavilion.
